Responsibilities:

• Advise the Assistant Dean for Research and the Dean of the School of Dentistry on activities and policies to promote research within the faculty and the student body.
  
• Participate as members in thesis committees of graduate programs.
  
• Assist in manuscript preparation for publications.
  
• Develop and apply guidelines for the preparation and evaluation of research projects and for allocating available funds.
